event, please visit us at the CHAPEL OFFICES located at 3611 S.E. 15th Street during our regular office
hours.
We are available Monday and Tuesday from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. and
Thursday and Friday from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. We are closed Wednesdays
and Sundays.
Our facilities will observe the following holidays:
